MAYBESOMAYBENOT lands the Sanford Stakes G.2 at 2 for SUNDAY BREAK at Saratoga

MAYBESOMAYBENOT, a son of stallion SUNDAY BREAK standing in France at the Haras de Grandcamp, has just landed the G.2 Sanford Stakes, a major 2yo race feature over 6f. at Saratoga.

By taking this equivalent of the Prix Robert Papin Gr.2 at one of the most reknown racetracks of the East coast in the USA by one and a half lengths with Julien Leparoux aboard, the son of SUNDAY BREAK is placing himself as the leader of the juvenile generation in the USA and heads to the Hopeful Stakes G.1, that are raced in September over the same course.


In Europe, SUNDAY BREAK is the sire of two Group 1 winners, including NEVER ON SUNDAY, winner of the Prix d’Ispahan Gr.1 at Longchamp, as well as ORSIPPUS, one of the best 4-year-olds over British hurdles this year, winner of the Matalan Anniversary 4yo Novice Chase G.1 at Aintree. SUNDAY BREAK's first French crop are foals of 2010.
